Happy Tuesday! We are still getting into the swing of our fall routine over here with school. I feel like I have a baby appt. every other day and being 36 weeks pregnant is starting to really kick my butt! Last week I took a much needed day off after listening to my body. However, I’m ready for this week and excited to share trends for fall with you girls today!
First, let’s talk about this trend that I am loving – Blazers. I choose to go with the plaid blazer and love that its incorporating two fall trends. Might be because its one of the few trends I can pull off 9 months pregnant. The only thing I can say is…If I can pull it off, so can you! You can style like I did with denim and a cami for an easy elevated look. This would be perfect for dinner with the girls, drinks after work….or switch the heels for flats. With cute flats or boots you can wear this look day or night.

The sad part about this next trend for fall is I never knew it wasn’t in style …hahah! Leopard print is huge right now and is making an appearance on everything! Tops, dresses, purses, booties.. you name it, I probably have it! I am such a sucker for animal print and probably my most commonly worn print. I have recently purchased some leopard pieces that I am loving and you can shop them below!
This fall it seems like green is everywhere! Rich green jewel tones are big and I’m personally excited to add this color to my wardrobe. Im a sucker for neutrals but love to add color here and there. A satin green cami would probably be how I would start to incorporate this trend. However if you are more daring their are tons of cute green pieces for your closet.
Let’s talk fall shoes….I would say sock booties are all the rage this fall! Last year I gave my first pair a try and was amazed at how flattering they actually wore. They look super cute with pixie pants, skirts or most types of jeans. I love that they hug your ankle as opposed to some other boots I own.
Last and certainly not least- Plaid!! I mean, plaid always makes appearance come fall but this year it’s hotter than ever. I am seeing a much more understated plaid than previous years. The windowpane gray plaids similar to my blazer really seems to be trending. Who doesn’t love some fall & plaid? Whether on a hat, scarf, blazer or skirt this is one trend for fall everyone should be on board with.
I might say this every post but fall fashion is my absolute favorite! This years trends for fall are perfect for us 30 something women. The express blazer I am wearing in this post runs TTS (wearing xs). Thank you so much for stopping by and make sure to come back Tuesday for my full baby registry post.
