Hope everyone has been able to snag at least some of the items on your wishlist! If you aren’t able to shop yet – don’t fret. Your time is coming soon. If you saw my huge Nordstrom Anniversary Sale try-on you know that there are tons of great fall staples circulating this year. However, I had a budget and I stuck to it. So what exactly did I buy this year? I’ll be sharing that below.

First, this dress was NOT something I thought I was going to purchase! However, once I tried it on I also knew I couldn’t leave without it. It was like nothing I had in my closet. It was so flattering and also comfortable. I did size up to a small and happy I did.White is not very forgiving. This also comes in black and still in stock.
I don’t think I have ever shopped the Nordstrom Anniversary sale without purchasing at least one Leith cardigan. This year I got this pretty olive color which is perfect for fall. I size down to an XXS. This sweater is under $50 during the sale and comes in a ton of colors. I needed a good striped tee so I grabbed this one from Caslon for only $11. Another great basic that comes in a bunch of colors.
Ok, I had to snag this Free People sweater that I have had my eye on since the last Nordstrom sale. This sweater is currently sold out in beige but there are other color options available. I went with my true size but wish I had sized up. Surprisingly, this doesn’t seem to run as big as other FP pieces. Paired with the busted knee FP jeans. These are still in stock and I suggest sizing up in these as well.
This is the very popular BlankNYC leather jacket. The one I am wearing is actually from last year. The version this year has silver hardware and much softer. I was able to try it on during my huge Sale in store try-on (HERE) and fell in love. For under $50 it is a steal and the quality is awesome. This is one of my favorite looks. I know so many of you are looking forward to purchasing the Spanx today. I can’t believe they are still in stock. Make sure to size up one for the best fit.
